These terms apply to services bought from Base Layer Security (“we”, “us”) through baselayersecurity.tech.
Services
We offer fixed-price, one-time security configuration projects, mainly for Microsoft 365, as described on our website and in any proposal we send you. The scope of each project is what the package or proposal describes.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is made online through Stripe before work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we cannot do the work described, we will refund you.
Access and your responsibilities
To do the work we need temporary administrative access to your accounts. You confirm you are authorized to grant that access. We will use it only for the agreed work and ask you to remove it when we finish.
No guarantee of absolute security
Our work reduces risk by improving security settings. No set of settings can prevent every attack, and we do not guarantee that you will not suffer a security incident.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
